Coleman is a Third Generation Owner Operator who also started as a crew member. After attending James Madison University, he began working full-time in the restaurants following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. Working hand to hand with the Managers and Crew make our mission of great service a reality.
Jason began his career with McDonald's while in High School. After attending Virginia Commonwealth
University he joined the TCB McDonald's team. Jason worked his way up from swing manager to Director of Operations. He can be found in the stores most of the time assisting the crew and managers.
Emily started with TCB in 2017 as a crew member. In the summer of 2018, she joined our office staff as the office manager. Prior to her time at Mcdonald's, she held management positions in the fast-food industry as well as travel centers. She orientates all of the company's new hires to ensure they have a positive experience while joining the TCB team.
Kim joined TCB in 2021 as the HR Director. Prior to her time with TCB, she was an Operations Manager and District Manager in the Food Service industry. She was also in Healthcare and Education Dietary Management for 21 years. Meeting and talking to people have always been her favorite part of her job as well as training and developing.
Dan started with McDonald's as a manager member in 1980. Dan brings over 35 years of experience and has won multiple Outstanding Manager Awards. Dan became supervisor in May of 2016 and continues to coach and lead his restaurant teams to great success.
Marquis began his McDonalds’s career as a crew person in March, 2000. He attended Virginia State University, and after working through the various store levels he became a General Manager in 2003 at the Courthouse Road location. Marquis began his McDonalds’s career as a crew person in March, 2000. He attended Virginia State University, and after working through the various store levels he became a General Manager in 2003 at the Courthouse Road location. Since 2013, he has been an Area Supervisor, and enjoys developing others to their highest potential. He currently enjoys working with the various Kitchen Managers across the company as the Kitchen Manager Supervisor, helping to improve quality and food cost results.
Tom is a Second-Generation Owner Operator who started as a crew member over 40 years ago. He is very passionate and truly involved in the operations of his restaurants and enjoys seeing customer satisfaction delivered.
Billy started with the company in 1994, becoming Director of Operations shortly after. Billy was an asset to TCB for 29 years and continues to contribute to the company today.
